A- FEW-DAYS- TO- VENUE BOOKING FEEDBACK

A couple of weeks back, i met a client(the bride's mother) that absolutely loved our venue.
She said that she had attended a lot of events at Havilah events Center which made it easy
for her to decide for her daughter who is out of the country.

She quite appreciated the fact that i made her job easier as she can hardly move around. Nothing gives me pleasure more than customer satisfaction as we strive for excellence at our job even though
we may experience some hitches which is quite unavoidable.

That said, the story changed when mummy called in a few weeks after & to say that a certain planner informed her that there was a particular technical issue that came up when she used our venue. I was quite saddened that the least the planner could have done was to call in and confirm the present day situation instead of badmouthing to a new client.

We are the information age and clients are very informed about everything they need to know.

In today's blog I would like to ask, 'Have you ever been badmouthed by another vendor out of a job?

Would you like to tell us your story

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT VENUE FOR YOUR EVENT

One of the important aspect of planning an event is the venue where you would hold your event.
A lot of consideration is put into the choice made, from location to the size, seating style and arrangement and other additional services.
In our present day, whereby we have different online platforms, clients make decisions on their finger tips. The use of relevant hashtags such as #eventcenter #eventcentre #eventcenterinLagos #eventcenterinLekki #eventcenterinYaba #receptionhalls #events #venue #eventhall #eventspace to mention but a few has continued to take center stage in decision making when it comes choosing the right venue for your event.
